Bonus Headline Delayed Due to Fires
Added 2025-01-10 02:05:59 +0000 UTCHey folks, it's Jon-- I'm sorry to break kayfabe here, but saying this in character in any way felt like it would be weird.
First, Dave and I are both safe, and at the moment our homes are as well, both just outside of current evacuation zones, but the situation is very unpredictable, and scary. As such we've both had to pack up our important belongings and leave them waiting by the door in the event that we have to get out of dodge, and that includes all our podcasting gear. Since that's the case we haven't been able to record the bonus headline for tomorrow.
We're very sorry both because the show we had planned was going to be SO fun and funny, but also because doing this show is a source of joy and connection for both of us, and in times like this that is so important. We will most definitely get this Bonus out as soon as it is safe for us to let our guard down, but until then- hug your people tight tonight. Tell your friends and family you love them.
We appreciate your understanding. Please keep LA in your thoughts.
