In my moments of madness, I have stumbled upon a troubling issue that I had overlooked in my attempts to repair the fucked up magic system. The label Levelers is far too mundane for my tastes, and I find myself in dire need of a more fitting title.
The title Ascendant does have a certain ring to it, but I can't shake the feeling that I've come across it before. Hmm...
Do any of you, my dear disciples of the shadows, have any suggestions to offer?
Edit: I wanted to add another option, but it doesn't let me.
Option J: Fix minor problems, but stop fucking around with the overall magic system. We like it just as it is!
(Although, I still want to get rid of the health, stamina, and magic bars.) ~Sorry!

2023-03-03 13:37:31 +0000 UTCPersonally I think that, while "Levelers" may not sound the best, it sounds like the most realistic title. It's so on the nose that everyone knows exactly what it means, without confusingly overlapping with the titles of the other paths to power. Also, please don't do away with the Health, Stamina, and Mana bars. I personally like them exactly because they seem "useless" with how Ava and Blake already don't use their internal mana. the more you cut down the system, the less jarring it will be once the two of them abandon the System completely. And while something like that is normally good, I think in this case it shows very well how the System is basically a badly thought out and half abandoned hobby of Circe.
