As we embark on this journey together, I want to ensure a positive and respectful community for everyone. To maintain an enjoyable environment, we kindly ask you to read and acknowledge the following terms of service and rules.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By joining DR Modding’s patreon membership, you understand and agree to the following terms:

All mods and modmaps created by DR Modding, when tested and finalized, will be uploaded to publicly accessible sites and are made available to everyone at no cost. DR Modding does not charge a fee for the use of mods. DR Modding does not sell mods commercially. DR Modding does not charge for the distribution or download of mods. Any and all payments made by you to DR Modding are for the purposes of patreon membership and support. No payment made to DR Modding should be construed in any fashion to mean payment for any mod.

As a benefit to becoming a “Contributor” tier member, you will become a member of the development team and will help in the development and production of unpublished and unfinished mods. As a contributing member of this team, you may get access to certain unpublished projects for testing purposes.

You understand that as a "Contributor" tier member, you will only be granted access to future versions of unpublished projects following your initial membership. You understand that you will not be granted access to prior versions of unpublished projects.

You understand that any membership privileges will expire as soon as your membership is canceled, revoked or expires. This includes your roles on the development team and your testing access to any DR Modding projects.

You understand that all finished and publicly released DR Modding projects will be made available to the public at no cost. You understand that becoming a member of DR Modding's patreon community is optional and that you will have access to any published version of DR Modding mods at no cost to you when finished. You understand that you are not required to pay any fee for access to any published version of any public DR Modding mod.

You understand that DR Modding reserves the right to remove any member and their membership privileges at any time, without notice and without refund for violation of any membership or community rules.

RULES

1. Community Conduct: I expect all members of the DR Modding Discord community to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration. Any form of disrespectful, hateful, or disruptive behavior, including harassment or intentional annoyance of other members, will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to remove any individual from the Discord community and Patreon subscription at my discretion, without notice or refund, if such behavior is observed. Let's foster a supportive and friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy.

2. Map, Mod, and Content Leaks: Protecting the integrity of my creations is of utmost importance to me. I work tirelessly to deliver high-quality maps, mods, and content for your enjoyment. Any unauthorized distribution or leakage of DR Modding's maps, mods, or content is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found to be involved in leaking or sharing my creations without proper authorization, they will be promptly removed from the Discord community and Patreon subscription at my discretion, without notice or refund. Let's respect each other's hard work and dedication to make this community thrive.
