She could start off normal but after being influenced by chat, it slowly becomes a camshow, with her inviting the highest donator over which happens to be a Nomu. The overlay would be like a Twitch stream. It would be kind of funny to have a panel of someone like Mineta watching the livestream too but that's optional.
