Our monthly coffee date is TOMORROW! (Sorry for the zero heads up!! I'm the worst!) It's been quite a whirlwind of a month and I am so looking forward to touching base with you all now that this month (and this YEAR) are coming to a close. In other news, the next song off the album--"Oh What A Love" comes out on Christmas day! I'll probably not post about it right away as to not disturb anyone's holidays, but wanted to give you guys a heads up that there will be a little gift from me hiding underneath the... Spotify tree?? You get what I mean. (Or do you!?) (And it'll be out in all the places, not just Spotify!)

Dear Kina I'm moving in the twelve days of Twitchmas, because on Day 7 - Letting Go, you talk of how you counted your fingers to distract your brain from rampaging thoughts of 'not good enough' with your friends. I invite you to explore Self-Havening with Dr Kate Truitt. She is a neuroscientist and clinical psychologist and a wonderful human being. She has a researched protocol to help 'switch off' these rampaging thoughts for good, which has been fully researched. Self-havening is really easy and may it be a tool which can nurture you!
