2023-08-16 22:41:02 +0000 UTCOn the desktop: in the creator page, there is a message button under the banner on the right side. On the mobile page: go to the creator page, select the 3 dots on the top right of the banner and choose, "message creator". On the mobile app: select the mail icon on the bottom right, select the new message button near the bottom right and start typing out the creator's name. Hope this helps!
