Kira Announce Chat + Update

I have to announce this first that I have to delete the 'Kira Announce' Chat and recreate it.
SUPPORTING KIRA can access this chat only
ALL FROM KIRA already have another Community Chat so It will change to that for this tier.
Below this is some updates and a Survey.
For requests in the 'ALL FROM KIRA' tier benefit
Please request your characters in the DM chat only.

This will announce it 1 day before I open the request.

Important Detailed
This is an update for 2 tiers that I will to change
1. Request Post after 'Request #7' will open for 'SUPPORTING KIRA' only
I want more 'SUPPORTING KIRA' to be able to request like my benefits for them
2. ALL FROM KIRA can request me from 2 characters to 3 per month in DM without request being open (It's just from 2 to 3, so don't worry)
