I use bone broth instead of water for extra protein, then freeze the rice and reheat it the next day. Supposedly it's healthier if you freeze it and reheat it, changes the starch so your body doesn't absorb as much. Plus it's really tasty cooked in bone broth

That said, I really got to check out the Polaroids. Add them to my ongoing collection of personal work. Of course I let one cartridge languish in my camera and now it's toast.

The reason is because we tend to overeat during the upcoming meal or before the meal if we’re hungry. You probably already know this, but of course, I have no idea what you know or don’t know.
