If they aren't willing to , as you said, get off their fat ass and make some fresh content...well then they have to accept that they probably work best under a more experienced person. Personally I believe the lawyer you have needs to take aggressive action – And yes, if he is starting his maniac douchebaggery on Brennan as well that is intolerable.
