Changing to up-front!
Added 2018-06-19 16:31:20 +0000 UTCFinally after a long wait I am now able to change payment settings on patreon from the current system to paying up front! So, what does this mean for you guys?
For current patrons - absolutely nothing has changed! This change affects new patrons only.
Patreon used to charge at the end of each term for pledges, this allowed some users to pledge, take content, then bail before the months end without paying for that content (thankfully only a handful of users ever did this! Most of you are amazing!)
But in addition this means that new patrons are able to claim my art reward tiers and get art that same month rather than waiting for the turnover point! Woop!
