Just so you know when you can get around to it your now ready to watch "the five(ish) doctors reboot" which was a comedy project of 5th doctor Peter Davidson created out of how fan's kept asking at the time "are you going to be in the 50th anniversary special" and he would respond "well if I'm not I'm going to make my own". When show runner Steven Moffat found out about this he threw money at it and incorporated it into the actual production of the 50th special and aired right after the special. I won't say more than that because the rest would be spoilers but it's very funny and worth the watch, and keep watching during the credits as there's a mid/post credit scene that will reveal something very big about the actual special that you technically don't see on camera, and at the same time technically do see on camera.

I remember watching this in the cinema, and when Tom Baker came on the screen everyone stood up and gave him a standing ovation without trying to spoil anything. This is the best anniversary anniversary episode of the Doctor. The recent one we just had not long ago it was good but not as good as the 50th thank you so much for doing this.
