Just finished episode 7. The principle was giving Pedo vibes since the beginning. But this episode made me wonder if Cein's mom wasn't the only one touched. He also seemed pretty close to Hwan's dad to left a note to warn her. He's gotta either have experienced it or seen it? And then when Cein asked Hwan about the principle's orchid. I wasn't sure if I should take that questions literally or if he was insinuating a different situation.

2024-10-08 14:29:54 +0000 UTCOk, first I have to say...Ewww with that disgusting Ahjussi touching Cein's mother 🤮 I hope that old man isn't Cein's biological father...again 🤮 Hwan and Cein need to join forces and investigate the scholarships program their parents were involved in, which includes Jooan's dad as well. Jeha being the cute maknae and Cein saying KILL had me laughing because that's so Suga 😅 Damn, I feel bad for Haru. He's getting worse. How are his parents going to hide his deteriorating mental health? With more lies? Haru's parents are the worst!!! I understand why Jeha's mother wants for her son to bond with the stepfather. She's just trying to keep the peace because she's relying on this man to provide for her and her son. I think without him, she and Jeha will be in the streets. I don't recall the series mentioning Jeha's father. Did I miss that? I agree with Nico. I need this series to stop stalling and get to the damn point! 😅 But, at the same time, I enjoy the suspense. I can’t wait for episode 8.

Glad you enjoyed it and related to it, we're truly in this together 😂💜 Here we are at episode 7 and with so many questions still unanswered! I'm just as frustrated and impatient as you 😅 especially seeing the boys lying and keeping even more secrets from each other, just like you I find myself begging them "PLEASE COMMUNICATE! You're brothers in spirit, you're family! You only have each other!", but yeah, I know how hard it is for each of them to be transparent while dealing with so many huge personal and family issues. I'm still confused about Hosu, we saw he was having issues with his reflection too, probably 'cause he stopped taking his meds... I'm so confused about Hwan's father too, I was sure he was pretending not to remember his friends, but I'm not so sure anymore 😅 Now I'm worried about Jooan who punched the guy from the gang because he thought the guy was Haru's "imaginary" friend. But still, we know Dogeon's brother is involved with that gang. Speaking of Dogeon, can someone please take care of him too? He looked so sick in that last scene with Jooan, I thought he was going to faint! I'm glad they hung out more with Jeha, I think he feels extra lonely being the only one of the group who's still in middle school, and we saw in the last episode he gets bullied too. I won't even begin commenting on the principal, he does not deserve a single word. I'm just heartbroken for Cein, even after his mother's death he can't find peace. That's it for now, unfortunately I can't shed any light on the drama 'cause I'm watching it for the first time with you, and I picked up the same things you did, so I'll keep reading the comments of the rest of our Fam who might know more. Also, remember the contract and deal Jin made and the loss of his memories? I think his dad went through the same thing which is Y he doesn't remember his friends. And I think the principal has ALOT to do with ALL of this! Somehow, IDK how, but he is behind this. Just my theory! Another great reaction! I can't wait till you get to ep 9 and 10, those are my 2 fav episodes!

But it sure didn’t last long. - it’s really interesting seeing Changjun not remembering his friends. Feeling like he’s forgotten something. Hmmmm. I’ll expand more on it when the show is over. 😀 - sick or not let’s sneeze into our arm!!!!! You tryna get us all sick?! 😫😫😫😫😫 - the claustrophobia was 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 when Jeha got stuck in the bars. Like he could have gotten so hurt 😭😭 - these boys lie too smoothly man. They’re too quick with it. 🥲 - that look between Hwan and Cein after their little convo with Jeha was so poignant. Filled with caring and concern. I can just imagine Jin and Yoongi sharing a look like that after talking with Jeongguk . 😭 - “only jhope dances like jhope” factual evidence confirmed. Hosu’s actor does a good job but you’re right, he’s definitely not at Hobi’s level. Which is expected. - I’m loving the theorizing about Haru’s secret friend. 😀 - Tae would 100% be like “me or her? Me or her Jimin!!!? ME? Or. HER?” 😂😂 - I sometimes wonder if Jooan hitting his head on the rafters wasn’t planned and it just kinda happened so they rolled with it. lmao - what I love about Hwan catching Cein snooping around is he wasn’t even mad at it. He gets it. Cein is just trying to find info on his mom and he’s coming up empty. - that roller coaster Nico went through letting go of his anger. Lol. I feel that. Anger is necessary sometimes, but we have to be able to use that anger for good. Gotta channel Ugh! Gotta channel Ugh!. I try to remind myself of that a lot. 😅 - I really hope these guys have other opportunities to act cause they are really so so good. - I love the way Hwan and Cein are like sizing each other up in the storage room. “Why are you here?” “….why are 𝒚𝒐𝒖 here?” Like co-mmun-i-cate. Like y’all are basically looking for the same kind of answers. - finding that note left by his mom all those years ago must have been so jarring for Cein. I don’t even know what I would do. - Jooan is rough around the edges but man if he isn’t a fierce, fierce friend. - man that reveal at the end that Haru’s friend is just his own reflection was WILD. Giving Haru schizophrenia was quite the detail to add into Haru’s story but damn if it doesn’t make his story that much more unsettling. - I commend y’all for spacing these episodes out cause I couldn’t not binge them. I needed ANSWERS. Though it was similar toward the last few episodes cause I had to wait for them to drop weekly. - the things the note from Cein’s note implies about the principle is so so scary. The way the abuser is gaslighting every one in his life that he’s innocent and that his victim is to blame is abhorrent. Absolutely vile. Woo. Another crazy episode. I don’t think you really missed anything. You caught things pretty good. And the things you might not have caught are things you’re not meant to catch yet 😅😅 I understand the impatience of not knowing but I promise the pay off is sweet. Hopefully. I am very much looking forward to see the next few episodes with y’all. They get 𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒛𝒚. We’ll let you know if there’s anything you need to know that you haven’t caught! 💜💜 Sorry my comments get so lengthy. I do try to rein it in sometimes but it doesn't always work 😜

Another mystery to unfold!” 😅 -I also really love the way they do the title cards for the show. -Blaze putting his chips on a plate so we don’t hear the bag crinkle 𝒘𝒂𝒔 very considerate. Thank you 💜 -I hate the way Dogeon’s mom puts so much pressure on him when it comes to everything. 😫 -I think Jooan felt safe enough to wear that jacket cause it’s a popular brand. There are problems a TON of kids who have them and the shop owner didn’t get a clear look at his face since it was dark out. - that scene between Jooan and his dad at the restaurant made me very emotional. It’s the reason I’m able to say that Jooan’s dad does love him, it’s just so deep down that it’s hard to find. As someone who grew up with a similar type of father, I understand the struggle. I know it’s hard to see the love beneath the addiction, but it is there. His dad not drinking the shot. It was small. And he may drink later that day, but in that moment he chose not to. It’s small, but still big. That, however, does not forgive even a little bit the pain and trauma he has inflicted on his family. I think Jooan’s dream of having them be one big family again is just that, a dream. - ugh. Haru’s parents man. Lying to people. And making Haru lie to people. They are the WORST. I do like seeing Haru fight back a bit, however subtle. I love that he’s like “I’m not putting up with your shit anymore fam.” - having so many mysteries that haven’t even unraveled yet is so typical kdrama 😂 They build and build and then it all gets unraveled within the last few episodes. - I’m ngl Hwan from here to like the last episode frustrates me beyond belief. 😫 I know there are reasons but f’real my guy. Just communicate. - the principle gives me the ultimate ick. He should rot in prison. - the amount of times I want to shake these boys and say “COMMUNICATE DAMNIT” 😅 I think Theresa had a point in that they used it as a storytelling tool. We are just as frustrated as they are. - LMAOOO I had no clue Cein was laying there either. I had a similar reaction to both of you. 😂😂. They got us with that one. I love that it almost feels like an homage to the drama they filmed on run BTS. - my poor sweet Jeha. 🥹 I kept being like “don’t do him like that. He needs y’all.” My sweet, sweet Jeha. My older sister instincts kick in hard with that one. 😅 - “Do you keep doing it cause you want to?” Man Cein is so observant. He sees. He knows. - yeah. So much therapy is needed. The trauma is so intense. This episode really gives a glimpse into the darker side of Hosu’s issues. 🥲 - no. Attention wh0re is right. Lmaooooo. Nico is so right omg lmao. The older siblings do have put our younger siblings in check sometimes. 😂😂 - that being said, you be nice to my little Jeha. - “strike while the iron is cold” is such a Tae thing to say lol - Jeha’s step-dad being nice to him because Jeha is giving into what his step-dad wants to do, especially with the golfing gives me the ick. He doesn’t want to do it, but he knows it'll makes life easier. It’s such a sad way to have to live. Also, his mother drives me absolutely insane. - choosing the truth untold to play over the party scene was such a decision. The juxtaposition between the boys having fun and Hwan’s dad celebrating his win with all the snakes of the political world is a lot. The truth untold over that gives the whole thing such an eerie feeling. The transition from Changjun to Hwan is just wow. An amazing. It’s even more unsettling when you consider that Hwan knows his dad isn’t gonna keep his word like his friends think he is. Both Changjun and Hwan are lying to people in different ways. Ope. Someone came into the office so. To be continued…🥲

I love the boys relationships, but they frustrate me so much. Without the older boys, Jeha has no one else. So when they do these things it hurts a lot. If he loses them, he'll be all alone. Joohan, my guy is struggling bad. It's also frustrating how he has no control and lashes out because he's been taught by his old man. Haru, this poor boy leaving with two narcissistic parents gaslighting him and smothering him. I need to borrow Blaze's 🧱 and ...😤 Hosu, my guy, it okay not to be ok, please talk to someone. Hwan, don't be like your dad. Talk to Cein. Every time there's a happy scene, a sad scene follows. It gets annoying at times. These freaking childish adults need to be hog tied and shot out of a cannon 🤦♀️

2024-09-05 05:26:55 +0000 UTCI know there have been parts that have been frustratingly prolonged, but I almost feel like that was an artistic choice because the frustration that we feel as an audience, telling the characters to just talk to each other, is the same frustration level that the characters are feeling not knowing the answers to their questions. I don’t know for sure, but I think it may have been used as a tool to immerse us into their world. I'm not just saying this as an army, with all the prejudice that comes with that, but these actors deliver in this series some of the best acting that I have ever seen in any film genre. As far as anything that you might've missed, I think you guys have picked up on everything. You know that Cein's mom and Hwan's dad were in the same scholarship program, and we've been reminded a couple times that Jooan's dad was also in that group, as well as the guy that was dead on the beach. We also learned that the scholarship group was a really close group of friends much like the boys who story we are following now. So as much as we dislike the politician and the abusive father, we know by this episode that at one point, they weren't any different than the boys who we like and want to protect. When Hwan's father was smoking a cigarette and having a flashback of his interaction with Jooan's father, I don't know if he was remembering just that interaction, or he was remembering his friend. The silver lighter, carried by the mystery man, appeared again in this episode. Hwan’s dad used it to light his cigarette when he was having a flashback of interacting with Jooan’s dad. Lizzie pointed out Hwan’s dad had it in his desk in episode 5 when he took Hwan’s phone. I’m glad you guys keep reminding yourselves and the people watching along with you that the BU is a tragedy. Also, seeing these characters in the police station, hits completely different when I watch it now after what’s happened to SUGA. After his incident, because I refuse to call it a mistake after it has been blown so out of proportion, it honestly feels like something that would have been written for Cein’s, character. When you consider the bad luck, the false accusations, the ridiculous persecution and character assassination, it feels like it’s an episode of this show. I just continue to Angry stream. Apobangpo!

I love your reactions to the drama. Okay now on to the guys, the boy that plays Cein every little thing he does reminds me of Yoongi down to the way he walks, to how he says certain words. I don't know if you guys noticed it or not but the little neck grab thing that Cein did was something I've seen Yoongi do multiple times to Jungkook. And the one that plays Hosu reminds me so much of Hobi even when he slowly looked up, to his reflection in the mirror, down to how he even walks, his smile. The guys that are playing them did their homework really well on certain things each one of the Bangtan members do. It makes me miss the boys so much. Especially when all 7 of them are having fun with one another and bickering reminds me of all the fun times when they were all together. This drama is seriously so so good but so heart wrenching 💔 at the same time. That principle creeps me out, But I think he did something horrible to Cein's Mom. I don't like him and I want to hurt him badly. And the friendship between Cein and Hwan is reminds me of Jin and Suga's relationship I love each one the boys friendship how each one is paried together in different ways. Nico you're comment it's like thier the Gaurdians of the group, that's excalty how Jin and Yoongi are to the each one of the Bangtan members. Haru breaks my heart seeing him like that but we now know why Jimin was like that in the bangtan universe 🤧 love ya guys to live Fam 💜 see ya next week
