How does that work though? If there's 3 quarter finals that means there's 3 winners that advance. How does the 4th person advance?

2024-02-19 16:34:09 +0000 UTC3 quarter-finals, 2 semi-finals and then the final. Fastest runner up only applied during the heats, so if they lose a quarter-final they're out.
