Loving the pro tips haha! Great segment! I have a love/hate relationship with the fact that my fiance cooks better than me because i'm a little competitive and he laughs when i try, and I also want to cook for him sometimes, so imma try this.

2024-02-27 19:34:13 +0000 UTCThat was really well done but I wouldn't use olive oil for fried rice, it's much too heavy and the flavour is wrong for Asian food. I think they'd use peanut oil but a light flavourless oil is fine. I sometimes use the Japanese Shoyu rather than soy sauce but that is my preference. Well done for putting the spring onions in last. If you want a laugh and advice on how to cook authentic fried rice watch Uncle Roger on YouTube. I'd like to see you cook Millet Gratiné but perhaps it would take too long for your show. The lemon sauce over millet and veggies is delicious.

Thank you for the ingredients introduction and for highlighting the preparation process. I love cooking and I spend most Sundays meal prepping for the week. My husband would love this dish! Will the episode descriptions include the recipes in the future? I think it would be wonderful to at least have an ingredients list to copy and paste to my shopping list. Can't wait for the next episode! Love you guys to LIFE! 💜
