This was one of the most transparent documentaries of the album conception process that we have ever seen. Jimin showed us everything it took to create his ground breaking debut album and we appreciate his hard work even more now after watching this. Incredible!!

I loved this reaction, guys. Jimin's diary makes you go through so many emotions and you can understand it more and more, the things that Jimin has in his head, the ideas, all the creativity, it shows you directly where and how it came from. Jimin's team is spectacular and my respects to PDogg, a very human producer who gets 100% involved with the person he works with. This diary was beautiful and as you said, the best documented diary that the boys have presented so far. We all ended up with watery eyes, I'm sure of that.

After face release jimin got backlash from kpopies and that reminds me of bts, kpopies always attack bts with backlash and everything in each release and in that moment your realise that they released something great the same goes for jimin, that man will be something greater in future. He had only a pencil and a dream and look what the results are.

Jimin shares so much in the journey he tells with these songs. He clearly went through a rough time, and I imagine it was very difficult, as he said, to put himself back in that headspace… but it must have also been extremely therapeutic, imo. I really treasure this EP, and can’t wait to see what he does next!

Glad they get screen time too! I would absolutely looove one for Namjoon.. can you imagine watching that genius mind work??

I’ve come to know how talented he is as a producer through his work with BTS but this allowed for us to get a detailed look at his creative process as a producer and wow was it thrilling! I also adore his personality. Yeah what a great documentary and it was extra special knowing we were all watching together 😊

Either as one long doc like this or as some kind of mini-series. It would be a great way to bring Army closer to the whole process during this chapter and make us feel like "partners" so to speak, like Suga mentioned. And I'm with you Blaze, Face-Off is where it's at! My favorite too!

But I didn't know we were going to get to know Pdogg so much better. I already had mad respect for Pdogg and now I am straight up in love with him! He is such a talented producer and you can totally see the respect that the members have for him and him for them. And I agree Nico, the creativity here is so contagious. I just want to write now. I'm a little jealous that they have the time to to explore all their creative paths, ngl. I look forward to watching the quiz show with you guys.

I’m tired of that. Anyway, I wanted to recommend this analysis by Fairlane - you may have already seen it but it’s quite complimentary to yours and she brings up other points too— getting to the heart of what it means to create an album, and at the end of the day, FACE is Jimin’s album, no one else’s. It felt like we got to see more of what kind of person he actually is in private. I wish each and every one of Jimins haters and antis that claim Jimin is talentless, tonedeaf and that he can't sing was forced to watch this documentary. Then they would see how wrong the are.

I also felt guilty for not knowing that Jimin had gone through a difficult time as a fan of hers... But my emotional state also improved a lot after watching Jimin's documentary. Thank you to Jimin for sharing with us the difficult moments that Jimin wanted to hide, and thank you for making this a good album. And I am very grateful to the three producers. Thank you for not losing sight of Jimin’s creativity and enhancing it. And I think Jimin was able to work happily thanks to the producers. and I really like your reactions💜 I really enjoy hearing your thoughts. Thank you for reacting and liking Jimin’s documentary. Also, I love the fact that BigHIt still goes to the same studio that helped them when they were making Dark & Wild back in 2014. They have developed a trust with that studio and now that they have grown sooo much since 2014 and they still stick with the people that helped them in the beginning is so great. One more thing. I also love how much they members help and support each other. Jimin asking Namjoon for help with lyrics and then asking JK with help on backing vocals and JK even making suggestions and JImin saying yea, do it Just shows how much they trust and support each other and i love seeing it. Ok, now to JImin. I love this documentary and all the hard work that Jimin put into this album, It is so fun watching them work on what they love to do. I have gained so much more appreciation for this album and Dear.ARMY is such a beautiful song. The first time i heard it, it got me in the feels. Jimin vocals throughout this whole album is amazing. JImin coming up with the melodies, a genius! All the work put into the album from Jimin, PDogg, GHSTLOOP, Evan and the many others involved, it was all worth it. Congrats to Jimin on the BBMAs nominations! PS: YES NICO, do a listening party! that would be so much fun!

But in all he was giving his best for army who are the biggest voice for BTS. I love the diary and hope this will show people who criticized him realize the work and artistic nature it took to create such a perfection that is called FACE

2023-10-27 04:26:03 +0000 UTCIm so incredibly proud of Jimin. I feel like a lot of people have underestimated him. See normally it’s the rap line writing lyrics and producing, or other members. Jimin dipped his toe in for a few songs and wrote lyrics for lie, serendipity and promise, and the melody for blood sweat and tears but all that was just a sneak peak for us. But like he said, he was hidden among the members. No one knew what to expect from his album and he completely blew us away. He was so in-depth, so in-tuned with the messages and emotions he wanted to convey, and involved in every process and production along the way. Like he really didnt have anything handed to him. He had to work his butt off for his vision. He holed himself up with with the producers and painstakingly went through each and every song, composing and coming up with melodies and lyrics. Jimin truly is a musical genius and like he said he’s “an Idea Bank”. Im so glad he saw the fruits of his labor with that Billboard #1 and al l the records he broke with FACE. I cant wait for PJM2.

BTS members have said before that Jimin is really good at creating melodies and they weren’t lying either. I’m so proud of how hard he worked on this album and everything he contributed from the melodies to the lyrics to other things like the carnival music in Face-Off and the tone drop in Alone that gave it extra character. I hope he’s proud of himself too.
