"You gotta love it first." Since you're about to "go through that grind." Truth. Well said!

Makes sense and looking forward to seeing you this Saturday FAM 🤓💜

Thank you Mika for being our narrator! Love it when you are in the videos or live stream, injecting some feminine amongst all the Bro energy. Love you all to life. I will try to make it on Sat for the next reading. There is a great podcast concerning the English translation. That they were able to get the book translated in the short amount of time they were given and the fact the book was still being written as they were trying to finish the translation , you definitely get the sense of care and love for BTS in their work. Some of the sentences are a little rough in English but they wanted to stick as closely to the Korean as they could. Can’t wait for the next installment! 💜💜💜💜

😃👋Hiiiiiii Mika! 😊Thanks for reading!

So first off I want to say sorry because i basically wrote a whole assay as i was watching this..haha i just had too much to comment on. To answer your first question Nico i also keep the sleeve on my books and yes I am enjoying Seven. Mika it is all good, i also like to use a bookmark or something to help me not lose my place when i read. Ok here it goes. This is going to be super long. Poor Hobi getting lost while looking for the BigHit office. i can't imagine being a parent and letting someone else take responsibility for taking care of your child. Especially when you don't know the people. So that your child can fulfill their dream. It must have been scary. So glad that friendships were developed and the company took care of them. MIDI is a computer program where people make music. It stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. It was interesting to know that Yoongi studied classical music because that was what he had available to him at the time. He did what he had to do and that was just how much he loved music and wanted to pursue it. I think Yoongi was just destined for music. *I was the same Nico. I didn't know about the actual position of BigHit and that they were already a pretty est company, but not when it came to putting toegther an idol group. It must have been hard to train and practice for the trainees when they didn't have the appropriate space available to them. I remember Jin and Suga talking about this on Suchwita. Not having enough space for their Choreo and they had to go to the park to practice their jumps, etc to have the space they needed. I haven't gotten my physical book yet, but I am looking forward to checking out the QR codes. *By the way Namjoon describes Ilsan it sounds like a beautiful city. I agree with Mika, It sounds like a great mixture of both. I grew up in a small community. After I graduated HS i moved to more of a city. I love home, but enjoy the conveniences of the city and this sounds like a good balance of both. I like that Joon changed to RM just so that he doesn't get boxed in as just a rapper. It is so awesome that Namjoon was able to perform at Rolling Hall and full that wish he had since before he was a trainee. I also remember Namjoon mentioning this before too. So glad that Namjoon was picked up by BigHit. I think that same thing all the time. I wish I could have been there for this or that, and seen them grow to how they are now. But so glad I am here now. It has been such a journey since 2020 when i really took a look into BTS and became an ARMY. "Nico bragging about being the ultimate BTS fanboy is hilarious...haha" *Yes, Hobi being a great rapper now. It is crazy to think that he did not rap at all. And Kudos to the trainees for creating an enviroment for them to learn. "Thank you for the footnotes Nico, because they didn't add thoses to the audible book". Also, I knew the order of when they joined. So I was suprised to learn that Jin was the last to move into the dorms. *I still find it so wholesome that JK joined because of RM. I love listening to this story. I totally agree with the Hotel room comments. When I was listening to the book and that part was read. It sounded so sketchy to me. Why would you ask someone (a minor no less) to record in a hotel room? I would think a proper company would ask him to come to the company for something like that. I am glad that JK did his research though and that he took his parents input on what to do. I think it's funny that JK was like "I will just try this and see what happens. No big deal if it doesn't work out"...haha He was suppose to be a singer. The way he just naturally has so many talents has always impressed me. I also love what Namjoon said him during Bon Voyage season 2 when they were reading their letters to each other. I know this is not exactly what he said. But he basically told JK that he could do anything if he puts his mind to it and doesn't give up. It is so true! It also helps that he had great and wonderful influences around him. *The taxi scam with Tae and his dad in horrible. The taxi driver warning them after he drops them off too. messed up! The way Tae got his audition has to be fate. When only 2-3 yr students were auditioning and Tae only being at the school for 6 months got invited to try out it awesome. I love Tae's dad! He has always been supportive since day 1. Him bragging about Tae is so sweet. He has to be so proud of his son! *Jimin was born to dance! I love hearing what their first impressions were of each other. It must have been so intimidating for some of them. Especially going in thinking that others look so ready to debut and you are just starting. "Yes, Mika their bind and cohesiveness is just part of them now. The "friend" that Tae went to watch audition talks crap about Tae and blames Tae for him not passing. So I think it is safe to say that they are not friends anymore. There are videos of the ex-friend talking about it". I like that one of the first things that Jimin told Hobi was maybe we can help each other. Those taxi scammers! "same I can totally hear Hobi's voice saying Park Jimin...haha) Yes, Black Swan. I loved the dance and when Jiminm does the solo performance to Black Swan during MOTSON:E concert, Beautiful! *Jin being promised to eventaully act is funny...haha First Suga and now Jin..haha Jin like Hobi not knowing rap, it always impresses me that he learned both dance and singing as a trainee. I like that Jin's parents wanted him to try different things and I also remember Jin talking about working for his uncle in his 2019 Vlog when they had their break. I can just imagine Jin walking into the dorm and being like WTH? how am i suppose to live here...haha and than trying to organize a cleaning chart...haha Jin talking about Suga's meal, my reaction would be the same "Nope not for me". I do have to say seeing the way Yoongi cooks this really suprised me. But thinking back to interviews and the way Yoongi always says I am not picky about food, I will eat whatever. it shouldn't have suprised me the way it did...haha *I totally agree with you Nico. The fact that Joon took on the responsibility to teach the vocal line about rap and HipHop is amazing. Yoongi and Hobi following Joon to help teach too is why RM is the leader. He knew what needed to be done and took it head on. The way they just help each other is why they have the team work they have now. But I also have to mention the vocal line too. Because they were open to learning and didn't fight it. They wholeheartly took in the lessons that RM, Suga and Hobi gave them. *With Glam not catching on and Big Hit in financial trouble, they must have been so stressed. The members were so proactive with their learning and i am sure it made a big difference. Just shows how hard they worked. It makes sense that dancing would be harder in a sense. All the physicalities and all the energy needed for that. Plus 12+ hrs of dance rehersals is insane. Esp since only 2 members had a background in dancing and Tae only had 6 months at the start. RM and Suga although they had been at Big Hit the longest, their focus was not dancing at the start and it didn't become the focus til way later. That must have been so hard. Those practices had to be intense and exhausting. Yup, they had so much pressure after Glam didn't do what they were expecting. *I love that like RM just naturally being the leader and teacher of HipHop. Hobi naturally fall into the role of leading the dance. trying to make it fun for the members that were struggling. Along with what you said about the Dance stuff Nico. It is so true. Namjoon during one of his vlogs , mentioned wanting to quit because of just dance. I'm glad Hobi took it upon himself to help the others find some kind of joy in dance to push them through the stress and pressure they were facing. Thank you Nico and Mika for doing this reading. Sorry again for anyone that is reading this. It is so long but I hard to get it all out with someone... haha

WhatchaGot2Say

Man, just because of the time i am not sure if i will be able to join. My niece has a soccer game tomorrow and i'm not sure if i will be home before then. I am really looking forward to this though IF i can make it. I just finished listening to the book yesterday and throughout the book i had to hold back tears because i was listening to it at work. I really loved it. But there is so much to talk about and i don't have anyone else to do that with. Nico will you guys be recording it and posting it later either here or on YT. It would be nice to watch later in case i am unable to join the live.
