WG2S Subtitle Team is Looking For Volunteers
Added 2023-02-26 15:00:03 +0000 UTCHello Fam, our Subtitle Team is looking for anyone that may be interested in contributing to our mission to provide subtitles to every reaction video that we release on YouTube in an effort to be fully inclusive to our hearing impaired audience. If you are interested please fill out our Expression of Interest form and reach out to our Lead - Kalkeegan via Twitter (@kalkeegansbtls).
We are currently looking for:
- Volunteer Transcription Editor: Editing Transcriptions of YouTube videos.
- Volunteer Subtitle Timer: Using software called Subtitle Edit, you will be timing the subtitles to the video to create an SRT file for Nico to upload.
No experience required, as full training is provided.
These are Volunteer roles.
About You:
- Must be able to reliably and consistently dedicate time to the team.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have access to Discord.
- Have a reliable computer and internet.

Is translation different from translation I can edit raw translations and make them make sense for a western audience
