The whole "before my time" argument is stupid. It's doubtful that all the people who have seen Nosferatu are 120 years old. Literally nobody would have heard Mozart etc...

It was a bit scattergun as some celebrities named/investigated had no charges brought but were tarred by the same brush in peoples' minds). It wasn't quite the random leap of topic that it might first appear to you.
