He got to relive a moment that meant a lot to him on reflection but to enjoy it more fully the second time. Shortly after Wembly, he tattooed young and forever above his elbows in the backs of his arms. This is what made me know I would be army till the end. The very end. I think once the guys are able to perform live for ARMY again, I’ll venture to watch the DVD. Right now, my heart aches for them knowing just a hint of how much they miss being with ARMY at live concerts. Just hearing V say “we’ll be back next year,” broke my heart because I know they would have found a way to get back to Wembley had it not been for the pandemic.

2021-05-12 04:45:17 +0000 UTCAround the time period where they were all going thru things (2018ish), Jimin mentioned in a vlive that he was going thru issues but didn't want to bring his problems to the other members since they too were going through stuff. So he decided to resolve his issues on his own and he mentioned that one of the things that helped was watching fan concert videos and the one he watched that helped him the most was army singing Young Forever. So knowing all this I can't help but cry every time I see this video at Wembley.

2021-05-12 04:01:36 +0000 UTCthe thing that made all this so emotionally heavy is the meaning of the song, they were afraid when they were "adults" they may be forgotten, the meaning of the song set the tone for everything that happens, the fact that they were receiving this surprise on the top of their career with a whole stadium of ARMYS singing to them...is just overwhelming, each time I watch this video I bawl tears, btw guys JK was so affected by this that he keep crying on their next song that was "Mikrokosmos" if I am not mistaken...he was a whole mess overwhelmed by his emotions, hope you also can react to that fancam...I guess there is one to that part somewhere hehe, tks Nico, Blaze, AJJ for the reaction!

Great song but I can’t handle the feels! Also, I see you went from thirsting for Jimin to wearing his ring. Are you bias wrecked? It’s okay to say yes. It happens to a lot of people. 2021-05-11 23:10:08 +0000 UTCJimin posted a vlog once that was recorded during 2018. And I believe it was back when they were either deciding to resign or just after they resigned. But he said that they were all stressed and at one point he started watching old concert footage and he saw Army singing this back to them after they were done and it felt like that was to me where he seemed to begin his more personal connection to this song. Not that they all aren't connected but he seems to have a very deep connection to the point that many have said he got the tattoo. Which is why I believe he broke down that day. Hearing Army

Blaze said it so well: that it must’ve been so powerful to hear ARMY, the reason they were able to be on tour like this, sing those words of anxiety and comfort back to them years later.

2021-05-11 20:33:28 +0000 UTCoh man, this song. I can't listen to it casually. it just touches me so deeply. as well as the lyrics. they managed to capture youth and nostalgia perfectly. There's a line from a Brazilian song that I love called "Índios" (Indians) that goes: "I miss things I haven't yet seen". I miss my youth before it's even over. I miss the things I'm still living. This is what "forever young" makes me feel. But, to quote yet another Brazilian poet: "[...] I'll be able to say to myself of the love (I had): Be not immortal, since it is flame But be infinite while it lasts."
