I just realized the white jackets were tails. Very formal and dapper. They did look like 7 white knights. Tea's Donald Duck shirt was Gucci, his favorite brand (I don't know why Gucci hasn't asked him to be a model for them? Silly people,) it's $890. Also Coldplay sent them a message, I can't remember exactly what it was, but it basically told them they did great doing Fix You. Which was all in English. They are a multi talented amazing team. They killed it. I know they're great, I've even seen them in concert 3 times, but this was phenomenal! I have no words to give it enough credit. I almost cried during Blue & Grey. My grandfather passed away this last Sunday. On Tuesday my family and I got together to watch Unplugged. Even going in knowing they were going to sing Fix You, I didn't realize how emotional and hard it was for me to watch. They did such an amazing job on the cover and I will cherish it forever.

I’ve watched you guys respond to this many times today. I loved MTV Unplugged, but I also loved getting to share in this historic moment with you. BTS has consistently said that they want to collaborate with Coldplay many times. And from what I hear, they made Coldplay very proud. He**, I’m proud of the entire performance, but I hit 30 with this song from Coldplay, and it still holds a special place in my heart, actually, make that, “a larger than life” place in my heart now. But I just want to take a moment to praise the band ! They make the song, their voices, the ambiance even more beautiful and appealing. I loved it all, from the time when Blaze got all emotional with 'Fix you' to how AJJ knows the Korean lyrics to LGO, to how Nico was kissing his wife (on the blanket) every time he pulled it close to his face (I don't think he realised, lol). Just like BTS, you are so much fun to watch. Your love and respect for each other and the guys just jumps out of the screen, every time.

This will go down in history as one of the best episodes of MTV Unplugged. When most people think of MTV Unplugged they think Mariah Carrey and Nirvana. Both great musical artists who had wonderful performances on this show, but BTS did something that most artist only hope to achieve. They truly touched their fans and new viewers during a time when the world is hurting. Fix you by Coldplay is such a personal song for the lead singer who wrote this for his then-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow when she lost her father and he tried to "fix" her or help her get through that difficult time. BTS brought comfort to ARMY and new fans with this performance. Something simple, but very moving to me is how the lights lit up each member when JK began to sing the part "Lights will guide you home" just like they are our light at this very dark time. I truly don't know another group or artist who cares about their fans so very much. It's not fake or publicity. It's 100% real. They are the greatest. Great reaction as always.

Let me say that I haven't watched anything MTV since the 90's. I only watched cause of BTS. I noticed all the Donald Ducks too! All the songs were wonderful, but my fav is when they sang Coldplay Fix You. It truly touched my heart and seeing you guys cuddled with the blanket brought a huge smile to my face. I love you guys. I have to admit long time ago I stop to watch MTV because I just didn't like the turn that took the channel and the tv shows they have now and etc BUT MTV Unplugged is one of their few shows that are still worth to watch, BTS performance was legendary, when I watch all the performances I was in an awe and the cover of Coldplay's song "Fix You" was epic, from all the covers they've made I feel this is the best one so far and putting JK at the beginning and V at the end was just perfect...the rest of the guys did it amazing, the rap line did really well, proud of the guys!

Loved your reaction to this! Fix You was always one of my favorite songs by Coldplay and I related to it so much because of what I had been through in the past. Always made me emotional and then having my favorite group BTS cover it and add their own amazing vocals to it and express the emotion behind the lyrics just made me cry. Yall dont even know how much Coldplay means to me, like REALLY means to me. Coldplay is my BTS before BTS. Dare I say they are pretty well even when it comes to the music that has defined me, yet at different stages in my life. BTS preforming Fix You was every thing to me and Ive been non stop raving about this since. You know what else I noticed, I remember MTV Unplugged had this sienna-type hue to it because of the lighting, very low and intimate, like Blaze said...I remember lots of candles :) Im going to date myself here but, Nirvana, REM, LL Cool J (before clear deodorant was invented...yall who've seen it know what I mean, LOL) KC and Jo-Jo, I just remember this neutral low lit color scheme that made it that more intimate, and during Life Goes On, I got that exact same vibe and it took me baaakkkkk. The fact that Coldplay very rarely allows other artists to cover their songs shows the trust and respect they have for BTS and in return BTS delivered a historical angelic performance with trust and respect in return. YES! I’ve been waiting for this reaction. Bruh, when you pulled out the blanket ... Loved it! My favorite part from “Fix You” was when Yoongi and Jin harmonized *chef’s kiss*. I was so bummed at first because I rushed home from work to watch it live. But my cable box wasn’t turning on(I never watch cable so who knows how long it was like that lol). So I tried to stream it live on mtv’s website and it wouldn’t list any cable providers. Man, I got desperate and signed up for the 24 hour pass. It let me see the ending for whatever show was playing before BTS Unplugged but crashed right when Telepathy’s intro music started. I tried to rejoin on wifi, laptop, phone, iPad, 5G phone data, my hotspot, but nothing worked until the end. I finally got on right when they finished Dynamite and RM said “peace out” 😭 It was a very frustrating night and I wish music conglomerates will recognize that they need to be prepared for all of ARMY’s bandwidth for all live-streamed events lol! But I got to see it in the end so it was fine lol. I was so happy when I saw it uploaded yesterday as one entire “episode” on MTV so I could hear what our boys said in between songs! BTS performed so beautifully and I’m so happy to see nonBTS fans loving their performance! Glad you guys were able to watch it together and that you guys are doing well after the ice storm!
