For me. Learning to express my feelings was hard. I had a traumatic school bully event happened that ended in me getting detention for something I didn't do. This was in 3rd grade. After that whatever little bit of confidence in myself was dashed until I was an adult. It took me nearly 10 years to regain my confidence. If this didn't happen I could've resolved a lot of past and present (at certain times in my life, you know) conflicts a lot quicker.

This is such a good episode! Amity is starting to come around. And we meet Amity's older twin siblings who take their pranks on their little sister too far. I didn't get the nickname "Mittens" at first. But it plays off of a"mit"y. Seriously, it took me way too long to figure that out.
