Over the summer, I vacationed at the Nizuc Resort in Mexico to celebrate my anniversary. It was one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I've ever been and it entirely inspired this build. This is a residential lot, though it's stylistically designed to reflect a "baecation getaway" more than an every day home. Come here to unwind with babe, celebrate accomplishments with girlfriends under the guise of #selfcare. This lot seamlessly blends the indoor with the out and makes full use of the ocean views.

Note: In order to light the firepits on the ocean floor in the kitchen, you'll need to go into build mode first, take the firepits out and place them somewhere your Sims can walk to, back to Live Mode, have your Sim light all three of them, back to build mode, activate bb.moveobjects and then freely place the lit fireplaces into the ocean pit. Once you press play in Live Mode, they will be lit as I have them pictured.
