Glam Designer Townhouse
Added 2019-06-30 22:57:38 +0000 UTCI'm back from my first vacation of the summer and wanted to whip up something quick for you lovelies. I recently made a beauty influencer Sim and wanted a small yet glamorous home for her -- this does the job!
- 30x20 lot in Newcrest
- 1 full bedroom suite complete with walk in closet, attached bathroom and office
- Large glam-styled kitchen
- 200,000+ simoleons
This home relies on quite a bit of CC cloned from packs so please read before downloading if you don't own all of the packs:
Strangerville - fencing
Vintage Glamour - exterior doors plus floor to ceiling mirrors in living room/kitchen
Get Together - black columns on exterior
Romantic Garden - white windows throughout home + some landscaping
Jungle Adventure - pool color + cliff rocks overhanging pool + master bathroom bathtubs
Vampires - (I forgot what's used from this pack but something minor)
Get Famous - marble stairs
[Please don't forget to activate bb.moveobjects before placing the lot.]

2020-11-27 09:08:00 +0000 UTCHi Wanda! Thanks for reaching out — did you activate bb.moveobjects before placing? You may also need to run all of the “Objects” batch fixes on Sims 4 Studio since this is an older build and many of the CC items may have been affected by a patch (showers via Discover University, bathtubs via Island Living etc...). If you’ve done all of this, it’s likely an issue with the way you’ve placed the files into your Mods folder. I don’t recommend that anyone drag and drop full folders into their own Mods folder but instead individually place the files. If the CC is too many folders deep (beyond 2) then the game likely won’t read the items. Hope this helps!

My only issue is when I downloaded the house and I installed all the mods and house, and I have all of the expansions packs you listed by the way, but my house does not show up like yours do. Everything is missing! The house is there but none of the mods show up. My other mods show but not in this house. Please help!
