For those that are curious about my setup:

As I disassemble a lot this printer and can't carry too much weight (health issue) I am using heavy rails made for servers (with self locking mechanism). When the drawer is extended the printer goes out completely.

Under the printer you have one PSU for the printer and one for the leds and PI (running Octoprint). The front door (not visible) has holes to take fresh air and there is a filtering system from Alveo3D that pushes air going out. The enclosure is in negative pressure.

I prefer to not have a too warm enclosure as I mainly print PLA and PETG. I generally use metal/alu/wood when I need stronger material properties. This enclosure can go up to 35°C easily, a little more in summer.

The 3 switches are for printer's PSU, Leds and PI. The push-button on the full right is for shutting downOctopring when I am not in front of the interface (and has a led to see if PI is up or not.

The black piece under the printer is made of recycled tires. It is generally used to isolate washing machines. I don't recommend it, better to use a heavy piece of concrete.

There is a fire and heat alarm on top and I am working on an automatic shutdown if temperature goes over 45°C.

All parts on my printer are made using 95-100% recycled PETG. It is currently using filaments from Filamentive, ReflowFilaments and FormFutura. Filamentive is by far the best to me. Note that FormFutura might have updated its formulation recently.
