Just want to share some updates on what I did these last days on the BearMera. All those updates will be available soon on my Github.
In the mean time, you can find the new parts in attachment of this post (except the new shroud as I am still working on it).
Nozzle fan duct (shroud) - First picture:
I did a lot of testing on the shroud. Unfortunately, don't expect a huge improvement on it, once again I could confirm that the shape has only a small impact on the efficiency (if you blow at the correct place). If you really want to improve that it is better to update the blower fan (LDO one is a good solution). I still want to test few things before releasing so still not available yet.
The green parts are my test parts at the moment. I also made some test with water and other early one more random.
Y axis end stop - Pictures 2 to 4:
This a solution to avoid crashing the PINDA into the little screws on the back of the heated bed for MK2.5(S) and MK3(S). It consists in a part that clip on the left smooth rods to reduce the movement of the bed.
PTFE collet clip - Picture 5 to 6:
The collet clip on Hemera is an optional part, it works perfectly without it, including for reverse bowden. However, if you like to have things secured like me, you will find this clip in optional parts.
Fan washer - Last picture:
This extremely complex part is a washer for the E3D hotend fan. You might have experienced the twist of the E3D fan when tightened too strongly and this washer is here to avoid this issue.
Documentation:
I did continue to work hard on the assembly guide and I think we are almost good (except all my english mistakes :D ). I will have to add those new parts. Feel free to report feedback, always happy.
That is it for today, hope you like it :-)
