New parts, alpha1 release tomorrow
Added 2019-09-12 17:11:38 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I have just pushed new files today for the future release alpha1. The release has not been created yet, will work on it tomorrow.
What's new:
- New PSU mounts (including Prusa black PSU). After more testing I have decided to not use the M3 t-nuts, thanks for your feedbacks they helped me as well.
- New Rambo base mounts to make the Rambo cover stiffer. Now use 2x M3x14 screws with 2x hex nuts.
- Y rod holders have been improved but not necessary to reprint if you are happy with them. The are mainly improving the zip tie pressure and they are more resistant to strong tightening.
- I improved the Y idler tensioner. Biggest change is that now we have 2.5mm of adjustment (3mm before). After more testing I found that it was too much and it is better to have this part tight in order to remove possible flex.
- There is a new optional Y axis for 9mm belts
The new manual has been updated but I will add a drawing of the part positions tomorrow as well as more description for some optional parts.
