Fitting Room Playtest 4.5 Release

Fitting Room 4.5 will be up in a private post shortly.

This build is more experimental than the previous relatively stable builds, as we're including some features to gauge performance across users' machines. No improvements have been made to selection / UI usage etc (only new features have been added!) so no need to re-report bugs or suggestions if you made them for a previous build, we'll get round to them!

The mirrors can now be turned on by selecting Reflections > High in the Settings Menu. Mirrors cause an extreme performance hit on our machines and seem to be buggy, so if you can't run them at framerate, this is expected. Please let us know if you could or couldn't run them in comments / email / Discord etc. Turn Reflections back to Low to disable mirrors.

We've included an experimental in-game camera after users requested a method of taking high quality screenshots! The camera functions similarly to the Color Picker. When grabbed, the camera will display a feed, and you can take a photo by pressing Trackpad / Thumbstick. The camera will save out photos to your harddrive in the game directory: Content\Custom\Photos with the file name being the date and time the photo was taken. Photos are saved out at 4K resolution, so expect a short hang when taking them.

The camera isn't compatible with mirror reflections enabled, taking a photograph of the mirror with the camera causes rendering error.

We've experienced an issue with the camera occasionally causing framerate issues when grabbed. If you experience this bug, please let us know in comments / email / Discord etc.

We've added 1 new iris type, overhauled the expressions menu, added socks tightness parameter, ears pointiness and teeth pointiness parameters, added bangle accessories, added two new hairstyles and added hair dynamics (also experimental) to many of the hair styles.

We've added a portable radio! Touch the dial to cycle through some previews of Virtual Novel's original soundtrack to listen to some music while designing your 2Ds.

Known issue for this build regarding the NPCs: there is a visible seam between the legs and body. This is due to tessellation being applied to the legs, and we have a fix in the works. For this build, please accept our apologies for this unsightly rendering error.

A note about performance - this build is very experimental, and some new features may cause an extreme performance hit. Playing in VR can be bad for you if you're not hitting the target framerate, so please no one force themselves to use these new features (Camera and Mirrors) if your machines can't run them. We've included them to see if there's performance differences between our development machines and your own machines!
