February $15 story request: Commitment to the Bit

With that in mind, here's the story requested by Imploon, who won the $15 tier story request for last month. They wanted to see 2 cosplayers using inflationary methods to make their Katamari cosplay even more authentic. Hope you all enjoy it too!
