Still to this day it makes me CRY with laughter when I look at it, it takes me back to that exact moment, we really wanted to try bugs in this certain country, but if we are being totally honest, we were way too scared to buy one off a street seller or from a market.
Soooo, Matt being Matt, went and researched for ages and found a restaurant owned by a French chef who was reinventing the traditional "snacks" from this country!
We tried bug burgers, bug and vegetable skewers with chilli sauce and a big old scorpion!
INSANE.
