what are we like?!
Added 2021-05-20 14:49:56 +0000 UTCTravelling 2019 - pre covid (what does it even feel like lol) we had 2 suitcases, a mini suitcase, 2 backpacks and a side bag, I don't know what we were thinking but we honestly thought we needed the whole wardrobe and more to go on our first 4 month adventure.
If you haven't followed us for a while, we quit our jobs in Feb 2019 to go travelling on the 3rd March for 3 - 4 months, everything was prebooked via STA in terms of our long haul flights and connections, and we had booked a lot prior interms of hotels and excursions.
Neither of us knew that travel was going to become a full time passion and our full time job, to be honest, I (Molly) didn't even want to originally travel, I was scared, anxious and unsure of what to expect of this big scary world.
Fast forward 2 years, it's our full-time job to explore and showcase our travels. We have 1 suitcase and a backpack each, finally we learnt to reduce our clothing, not by a lot! We don't earn anything like a full Time job, even for one person, but it is worth it.

Most toiletries we can pick up in the countries we're visiting. Lightweight comfortable trousers and decent shirt for the Travel days. Lightweight shorts/swim. Most of our t-shirts, underwear, socks etc are made from bamboo which helps. Mind you this is only for the Hot countries. I believe they are vaccinating the 30's+ at the moment but have started to move quicker becuase of this Indian variant. Also if you haven't got it yet download the map app called WAZE. It's free and is excellent, even tells you where the old bill are :-) we've used this in many countries.

Dabble and Travel
2021-05-24 08:51:32 +0000 UTCAs long as you're both enjoying it that's what counts. Time is the most precious thing we have and you're making Great memories as well. Rena and I have been travelling on and off for many years and now we've had our 2nd jab we are planning to go away long term. We've got our packing down to a fine art now and carry one backpack each containing 7kgs :-)
