Realistic Style

hi again! just a couple seconds ago, the christmas realistic set was taken down because it violates the guidelines aah!!

HOWEVER! it was already set to paid only, which means it must've fallen under this section of their guidelines:

Artificial Intelligence

Specifically for AI-generated Adult/18+ works, hyperrealistic depictions of people must be of real humans who have documented their explicit consent (see “Age verification and consent documentation” for details).

AI-generated Adult/18+ figures or characters that are animated or illustrated — as opposed to hyperrealistic — and otherwise comply with Patreon’s Sexually Gratifying Works policies, are permitted on Patreon. Criteria to distinguish between AI-generated figures or characters that are hyperrealistic as opposed to animated or illustrated include: Anatomical consistency with human features (e.g. not part-robot or part-animal), mimicking natural lighting and movement, detailed texture (e.g. skin pores, wrinkles, individual eyelashes, lifelike shadows), and composition (e.g. three-dimensional, high-resolution, with intricate backgrounds and foregrounds).

from what i'm taking in from this, is that any subject in the realistic style, despite not being real need to adhere to the rules as if they were! this would be with documented explicit consent.

however! i cannot get documented explicit consent if... this person doesn't exist!

so that's where i'm at right now. as of the new mastercard changes, it seems that this directly means i will be putting the realistic style in a sort of limbo, until i figure something out at least. i think deviantart is more lenient? uggh this is so annoying.

i will make an archive for the entire realistic style and be posting it as a mega link. and as for the upcoming realistic test + 2 videos, i will be making it over 50 images, and posting it in the upcoming archive when i'm done those alongside in the discord, maybe for the last time as the future is uncertain for this.

speaking of, i will not hide what i have to say in another platform compared to the last time. i really dislike how they are going about this. i was never informed at all of these changes in advance with an email, and their only way of telling me was with a content violation! what???! it feels like patreon absolutely does not care that i am using their platform compared to another. however despite it all i would like to stay on patreon because it's simpler, and i've been using it for over a year now.

sadly, right now, the future seems to be a bit unclear. however i hope that in a year from now i am still doing this, on patreon! i love the community and the people i've met through here! i truly apologize about this entire situation, especially to the 25+% of you that voted for the realistic style a while back in that preference poll, i would be annoyed as well if the roles were reversed. if this is a potential goodbye, then i wholeheartedly thank you so much for supporting me despite everything going on, it truly means a lot.
