new file formats + monthly/yearly archives

okay so at the end of the month, i will be posting a monthly archive of commissions that i posted in that month, all in a small zip file, will also do the same for each year. not sure if i'll be combining everything i posted in a month, (sets i do, tests, both styles) but we'll see!

i actually did try to compress 2024 anime commissions, but the file size didnt change, so i will be sacrificing a tiny bit of quality (not that i see a difference) when i do create these older archives by converting all the PNGs into JPG images, unless you'd rather see everything as JPGs (i kind of do as well)

i honestly can't distinguish the difference between the PNG and JPG images, yet the JPG is only 11% of the PNG in terms of file size, significantly speeding up download times + loading times if not downloading,

if the last option gets at least 20 votes for switching the file formats to JPG i will do exactly that, instead of only having the archives be JPGs, thanks for voting!
