Shoutout to that person on 4chan who came up with that phenomenal idea for Lord English billiard ball hypno eyes. I was actually stuck between a few different versions, so I included the 'alt' version in this that featured more obvious billiard ball eyes.
The fact that there's no easily definable palette in this pic bothers me, but at the same time I don't really mind that much. It was fun
