Questionable Ethics - Cooking up in the lab

There are a few new artistic techniques I've been wanting to try out, so this was a good excuse to put them to the test. Namely, having a second, colorful outline to imply harsher lighting seems to be a really fun way to play with colors a bit more and bring characters more into the pic. I also have a new 'quick and easy bg' technique down to a science I think. Hopefully it looks good! Most people could probably figure out exactly how I do it, but that's alright
