The flavour of bubble gum is unique and isn't found in nature, though it is made from all-natural compounds. In this video, the goal is to demonstrate the bubble gum flavour but also to show you how easy it is to create unique flavours by simply combining a few compounds that don't occur in the same plants. It is an excellent recipe to experiment with and one you really can't mess up.
Flavour Total: 10 grams
Formula Total: 50 grams
Each millilitre of the formula has 200 mg of flavour compounds.
Each drop contains 5 mg of flavour compound in a 25 mg drop.**
Use 2 drops to flavour every 100 mL to start.
2.0 g Ethyl Butyrate (pineapple)
1.5 g Ethyl Acetate (ethereal)
1.5 g Iso Amyl Acetate (banana)
1.2 g Ethyl Propionate (rummy, grape)
1.0 g Amyl Butyrate (fruity, banana, pineapple)
1.0 g Vanillin (vanilla)
0.6 g Aldehyde C-16 (strawberry)
0.2 g Wintergreen (minty, rootbeer)
0.1 g Methyl Isoeugenol (clove)
0.1 g Cinnamic Aldehyde (cinnamon)

The original formula comes from the Labtorium Tutti Frutti recipe.
** I recommend weighing 10 drops of the finished formula to determine how much your dropper dispenses.
