Upon his throne, shattered and forgotten, Aritha broods, an ancient god of dust.
His eye, vast as an unspoken curse, casts its pallor across the world’s edges.
For an age without end, the voice of Kadest lingers, a false thunder,
Whispered by winds that sweep the bones of a world long buried in sand.
The grasslands, dry as the bones of forgotten kings, stir in no breeze.
The men of the east, lost in a prayer to the void, bow to the unspeaking god.
Aritha, the false storm, the titan who wears no crown but silence, watches still,
His eye a scar upon the world, where the pulse of life fades into nothingness.

Finished it up!
So, I made a new world in Dwarf Fortress and by tweaking the raws a little, I made it so cyclops were the only semi-megabeast and also changed it so cyclops could take control of civilizations. After that, I created a world using advanced parameters so the world was arid, flat and covered with many many many caves. The world also has barely any people in it and they are very spread out.
Aritha has a relatively simple story, but I thought it was fairly cool. Aritha seems to have walked up pretending to be Kadest, the human god of thunder and appointed himself as master of this human civilization. He's held the position for thousands of years without anything to note. A peaceful reign perhaps? Perhaps a terrifying one? Who's to say?
