In my experience fliers work really poorly in fortress mode, especially messing up trade caravans. But I didn't see any problems in the video, maybe the mod removes the flying tag? or traders? or maybe you just didn't show any of the weirdness? I also don't trust eggs to not be weird, but according to the on screen text you showed in your behind the scenes it sounds like they should work with a bit of micro management. Anyway, great work, all involved!
