Northbridge is probably one of my all time favorite fortresses I have seen or heard about. It’s rare to see an predominantly above ground fortress, but for one to be of the scale and utility* of Northbridge is really unique. A true wonder of the world. *I don’t think the game would path a road through it, but in “reality” it could be a strategically important location for northbound caravans and settlers. Like a St. Louis, the gateway to the kingdom’s frontier.
