Skullhorror Gallery #3

It was a little strange being able to draw so many of the forts dwarves in a single episode. In fact, at this point we may have seen a full third of the forts population at least. Just wild really. Especially enjoyed drawing the forgotten beast and the couple of slimy pics up above. I did try to record myself drawing one of the pics, but I couldn't get the set up right. Gonna have another stab at it next week I think.

I did that once, looooong ago in steelclutches. I thought it'd be a good idea but it didn't really turn out too too well. Turns out, when the zombies sense a way into the fort, they all just charge for it and usually by the time the migrants can file onto the map, the zombs will reach the entrance. Better off manipulating burrows to try to get them to an entrance then just opening a door to let them slip in real quick like. Less hassle :)

If you want to have more migrants, make tunnels all the way to each corner of the map, and open when relevant. With locked doors on the way, before puncturing to surface.
