Dwarf Fortress Short Forts: The Bastion of Beasts #5: Jabbering Bulwark

Now that the dwarves have an army of jabbering warriors, they must put them to the test! Will the Jabberers be able to hold up under *real* combat? Or was this all just a colossal waste of time?!

Thanks for all that you do, m'dudes! Such a fun series.

Got a VERY interesting idea for the next though!

Wow, that is depressing unusual actually, lol! Oh yeah I believe that's Archcrystal you're talking about. You know, i've never seen a cave dragon in all my years playing DF? Like seriously, not even once! Oh, but if we could get our hands on one....

Nope! for some reason I guess the dwarves just stopped and went home :p

So did your raid raze the elf site completely then? You mentioned success but did 4 soldiers and 12 jabberers raze a 75+ elf site?! If so, then you can conquer the map this way I would suggest :-D

This series was short but very entertaining. And, I dare to say, ending on a positive note? That's unusual for Krugg. Anyway, I'm sure I'm not telling anything new here, but a while ago I read on the official forum about this fortress kept by twenty or thirty dwarves, busy for centuries breeding and forest dragons. Dragons. They had to wait four or five centuries for them to grow up a bit, but they conquered the "secret fun level". You know which one I mean. Ayep, a handful of dwarves and several dragons… ...you're not thinking about that, are you Krugg?
