Spooky Cataclysm Gallery!
Added 2018-10-19 10:01:00 +0000 UTCGlad this episode went over so well! It was a big pain to make just because I don't have much experience with the game and all the creative editing I had to do, but it makes it worth it when I see such positive feedback.
A LOT of folks are calling for more Cataclysm at this point, but they(you?)'ll have to wait! It's back to good ol' DF next week for yet another ghoulish halloween special! Rather, it'll be another short series, like Waterkeeper.
I'll tell ya, I REALLY liked doing the pics for this Cataclysm thing. I was terrified of having to draw modern characters and structures because I really rarely do- but I guess it all worked out! I didn't end up doing really any backgrounds for this episode, just because we had to focus on the actual gameplay so much and I didn't want to go blocking up the screen too much. I might have to continue doing floating pics like that whenever I do DF adventure mode again.
Couple of easter eggs: The first zombie that Anibal Byer encountered is me. The "32" on the security robot is my age. Mark "Bad boy" Badoy is supposed to look like Stephen King. I think that was it.

2018-10-20 17:45:31 +0000 UTCThanks dude! Yeah, it was a bit different. Humans are a little bit more stretched out than dwarves typically. Also, it was a bunch of modern clothing and junk which is SUPER strange for me to draw.
