Back to Short Forts!

That being said, I WAS just planning on flying by the seat of my pants for next week, but i'm curious if you folks have any ideas for a Short Fort. Any ideas that you'd like to see tried? Any game mechanics you'd like to see toyed around with? Any adventures or legend antics you'd like to see played out? Lemme know what you come up with and see what happens!
