Atrisca the Enthraller β Villain

Twist my arm, I guess I'll make another evil lady. π Atrisca the Enthraller is a noble who was banished from the realm of the fey. Now, she holds her own twisted court in the ruins of a sinking castle in a swamp.
Since Atrisca has two different types of minions and some optional lair actions, she should be very flexible for parties anywhere from fourth to seventh level (and as usual, I've also included scaling suggestions if your party is higher or lower level than that). I hope you love her weird frog servants as much as I do.
