As announced last week I've moved two applications into .NET 8.0, mainly to ensure that the applications remain up to date with the latest frameworks that are supported by Microsoft and not get left behind.
Updates on the frameworks are important as they not only improve performance and reliability but also include any security fixes along the way. I've also taken the opportunity to then update other libraries to the very latest.
I've had feedback from my trusty testers who I know will have checked the application very well and they've said the applications are working perfectly fine. This means I'm releasing these two versions today for you all to enjoy.
IMPORTANT: Remember you may need to install the .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime and the .NET 8.0 AspCore Runtime before you can install or use the new versions. However I think some later versions of Windows 11 may have this already.

When setting up a People tag with poster and art, it doesn't appear when browsing People. I made sure to save my tags, and I've restarted the program. When I edit the tag my changes and images are all there, but they don't appear when browsing, or going into People view mode.
