Pornspective v2 2.4.2 and AI 1.3.1 updates

Hi Guys. I've uploaded updates to both products today. You'll find the links to these in the subscriber Welcome Notes. Some nice improvements on this one so I highly recommend you updating. See notes below and thanks for all the feedback on finding some of these issues guys much appreciated as always.

ENHANCEMENT - For those that want to play with multiple versions of their collection you can now specify a command line parameter when launching the application with a profile name. Therefore you can edit the shortcut you have to the application and add profile=NAME after the .exe. Where NAME is any name you wish to call the new profile. i.e. Test, Master etc. NOTE this won't work with the portable version, which can already so this by installing multiple portables.

ENHANCEMENT - Media player settings can now have defaults set in local settings such as starting in mute, a certain volume level, full screen etc. The default values are applied each time you start the application.

ENHANCEMENT - Key media player settings will now persist between opening and closing the media player. For example if you last had the player set to hide controls, then next time you open it the controls will be hidden.

ENHANCEMENT - Improved some event logic in the media player to stop the annoying flickering effect when using the controls, also added a better transition between videos to ensure all now feels much smoother.

BUG - Pornspective v2 and Pornspective AI. An underlying bug fix on creating temp files (its actually a Microsoft bug) but I've worked around it. I think this bug has been around from the start of this project and maybe why some have reported crashing of the application which I could never work out why. Annoying to say the least. Anyway good news is its fixed now, those who routinely delete their temp files would never have had this issue.

BUG - When enabling or disabling plugins the search dropdown doesn't get updated and a restart is needed. This is now fixed and works without restarting the application.

BUG - Babep3d1a plugin would not bring correct data through if the url copy and paste method was used. The internal search worked fine however. This is now fixed.

BUG - The help section lists out plugins that support the drag and drop action. If more than three plugins have this support then the remaining plugins were not shown (scroll issue). This is fixed.

BUG - Drag and drop actions were being sent to all plugins regardless of whether they supported this or not meaning unexpected results. Only plugins that support the drag and drop are now being checked.

BUG - If using the new FolderSets (Images or Videos) or the existing ImageSet with a regular expression then as the collection grows the internal search indexing time takes longer and longer. This meant that editing and saving even a single item took many seconds (i.e. 45 in my case). This is now fixed and less than a second on my collection. To be clear the internal search indexing is where the application prepares all the content ready to be filtered, searched and sorted very quickly. This is not indexing in terms of a folder scan.

BUG - When importing tags with a category of anything but People, Studio and Appearance then the wrong information is displayed in the Import screen and says that the target category is appearance. The actual import works still though, but this is a UI error only. Now fixed.
