I mean, I had no idea how much I needed this. I needed to be told to chill for a sec, so the sassiness was much needed. I’m wondering 🤔 do you have any advice on how to rest effectively? I’ve been feeling restless even after resting for hours. I’ve tried meditating, and it works, but only in the moment. Would love to hear what’s worked for you!

Surely not us, your listeners 👀 It feels like we're just working on autopilot most of the time, so to be reminded (told) that it's okay to take a break is such a lovely thing. And to be given a safe place to close your eyes and just let go creates such a warm and calming feeling ☺️ Throw in a bit of meditation, a bit of humming, and I almost fell asleep 😌 (thankfully you added the timer beep 😂) Hopefully this means you're taking your own advice and not overworking yourself 🤨
