Progress Update on v2
Added 2021-03-20 22:45:22 +0000 UTCHi Guys. so as I've previously mentioned the reason I've done all of the hard work to move the application to .NET 5.0 is mainly so I can introduce a full WPF user interface. This essentially means a user interface where I can truly create the look and feel I want without being held back by old windows tech.
So this last week I've been working on the media player as this was the item I wanted to make sure I got right before spending more time on the everyday stuff. I'm taking the opportunity to implement some good practices too in the UI, one of which will be a multi language from end - I'm looking for help in next few weeks to help translate English into other languages so that Pornspective v2 will be multi language.
In the meantime check out the screenshot, you'll see the media player is looking pretty slick and feels right at home in Pornspective v2 with the theming and layout. I've also made it a pop out player so you can have both the player open whilst still browsing your collection and adding media to the playlist.
Roadmap wise I'm still intending on more enhancements to v1 this month and will release another update, I'd also like to be releasing the v2 prototype next month too. This will allow you guys to give me some feedback on how its looking and how its performing etc.
