Pornspective AI is here
Added 2021-01-07 18:21:26 +0000 UTCHi guys, a few of my volunteers have checked out the release and confirmed that the application works on their environments with no major issues. I'm now releasing this ground breaking application for you all to have a play with.
To be clear, this is a separate application to Pornspective allowing me to accelerate the AI functionality without breaking the main application and also allowing you try this out and give me feedback on how well you think it works. What it will do is allow you to specify a list of videos and then for each video carry out object detection and log the results in an output folder. The Analyse feature will let you look at the results in a graphical way which gives a good idea of how well the system has performed.
This is therefore very much a prototype application, there is no installer but instructions in the readme file in the mega nz folder on how to install the application and use it.

I wouldn't suggest running it against thousands of your videos at this point unless you are happy to re-do the scanning at a later date however I do encourage you to run the application against a few hundred videos and let me know how well you think the application has performed. What things has it missed most, what things has it got right most and what other detections would you like to see it make?
The main thing I'll get from this is that the AI works without error. The actual model and how well it detects is then something I can train and focus on. I'm hoping then that in a few months time the AI will be good enough to seamlessly introduce into Pornspective. The next release of the main application will have the support to communicate with Pornspective AI and bring in the results it detects.
Remember this is my first trained model for object detection using around 8,000 images. I'm now working on a new model with 50,000 images so this should get better and better in terms of object detection accuracy.
