Mock to Reality: Behind the Scenes of Development
Added 2020-09-19 08:34:02 +0000 UTCHi Guys, I hope you are enjoying the new functionality now in version 1.8.0, especially the ability to add cover artwork to your content and make your Pornspective look super slick. As I mentioned in previous posts, I see the introduction of the cover art as a two step process. In the last version I've provided the functionality to apply this and now in the next version I'll be adding some new views to make the most of the artwork and really bring them out when you are browsing. Therefore there will be a new results view that you can choose from as the screenshot shows.
This is a taste of whats in the next version but I also wanted to show you guys that I always carefully plan how the application will look as I strive to make Pornspective as pleasing to the eye as the content itself. The other image shows how I use simple applications such as paint.net to mock up my ideas before committing them to the application, with a great application it's 50% coding but also 50% planning, thinking, dreaming, mocking and of course listening to your ideas ... keep em coming guys! Together we'll keep Pornspective up there as the best in the world.
