Polishing Version 1.0.0.0
Added 2019-12-15 21:42:16 +0000 UTCWith Beta 0.4.0.0 looking pretty solid I think we're close to a Version 1.0.0.0 RC. I've spent some time however refactorising the key code base so that I can extend funcationality a little easier without breaking anything. Essentially some housekeeping!
What I did do was to create a view plugin architecture on the main screen to allow me to show the panels in different ways, this will lead nicely onto image/photo support in a future version. For now though I've proven the concept by introducing a tiled view of thumbnails which can be chosen instead of the original grid view. All works perfectly nice. Will allow me to extend to some slicker WPF controls in the future.
I've also fixed a few things, you can now stretch and resize the panels to your liking. The tag list on the left is also much faster to refresh now and no flicker.
Just a couple of more things to do early this week, including ability to edit the video extensions it looks for i.e. add other video formats. Then when these are in I think I've got a Version 1.0.0.0 ready to roll out!
